About the Artist:

Hannah Witner is a visual artist and designer raised in Charlotte, NC, and based in Brooklyn, NY. She earned a BFA in Integrated Design from Parsons School for Design in December 2018. She splits her time between design and a traditional art practice: her work spans from colorful, surrealist, and psychological oil paintings, whimsical sculptures, and experimental & commercial design. In 2019 she was a studio resident at ConArtist NYC, and in 2020 will participate in the Vermont Studio Center and art residencies in Iceland, Hungary, and Portugal. She currently works as a designer at a small multidisciplinary design agency in downtown Manhattan, where she works in branding & identity, digital design, experiential design, and UX/UI.
