Lolu Aguda

Bio:

Lolu is an artist, writer and illustrator based in New Jersey. His creative work spans photography, mixed media, collage, illustration and poetry. He grew up in Lagos, Nigeria.

Artist Statement:

Lolu draws inspiration from his interests in writing and storytelling, often incorporating stylistic elements from photography and strip comics. In his effort to explore the subconscious, Lolu's process involves a brief round of layout planning, followed by a session of instinctual development and pattern drawing.
