Artist Statement:

Through the use of detailed representational imagery, my work reimagines and questions the often pervasive narratives around themes such as human interaction, cultural sensitivity, ancestral connection, and environmental preservation. My work explores the mundane and the extraordinary, vastness and minuteness, the relative dance of space and time and the synchronous nature of these concepts. The viewer is empowered to visualize and consider their place in the proximity of seemingly disparate ideas in order to embody a deeper awareness and sensitivity to the world around them.
